I got an error: Exceeds Max Prospects

This article explains what to do when your list won't update because it exceeds the maximum number of prospects.

If your list fails to upload, and/or you receive an error message that says, "Exceeds Max Prospects," this is likely because your CSV contains more prospects than the maximum number allowed in one scan.

The maximum number of prospects you may upload should be stated on the upload page. As of writing, this number is 1000 rows (incl. the header).

To solve this issue, re-upload a smaller version of your file. If you need to split a large file into smaller batches that meet our upload size limit requirements, you can do so here: https://app.lyne.ai/csv-splitter
