I didn't get any intros for my prospects. What went wrong?

How to find out what went wrong if you got 0 results to a list.

There are a few things that could cause this:

  • Fields have been mapped incorrectly - for example, if you have the email and website columns mixed up, this will cause no lynes to be produced. For more help with this, check out this article

  • Too many sources were turned off - For example, if the only data we can find on the prospects is Company Website, and you turn off that data source, then this can happen

  • List size is too small - in this case, you're not getting 0 results because the list is small, but if you only upload 1 or 2 prospects, there's just a higher chance we don't find any good data on all your prospects than if you upload a larger list

  • Missing or incorrect data in your original file -

    • failure to include at least domain, email, or LinkedIn URL

    • if you only give us LinkedIn URLs, and they are all Sales Navigator links, which we don't scrape, then no intros will be produced

    • if you only include emails, but they are personal emails (gmail, yahoo, etc) instead of work emails, then no intros will be produced
